Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the brand strategy planning and implementation of the Smart Study Room. Centering on the brand's core values and product functional highlights, formulate phased promotion plans to enhance brand awareness, reputation and market influence.
2. Integrate internal and external resources, plan and execute online and offline brand promotion projects, including but not limited to event planning and content marketing, to ensure the achievement of promotion effects.
3. Explore the highlights of the Zhixi Room brand and the needs of target users, and produce attractive brand communication content, covering various forms such as promotional copy, short video scripts, and poster creativity.
4. Participate in the operation of new media platforms (such as wechat Official Account, Video Account, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, etc.), formulate content calendars, regularly release high-quality content, and enhance fan interaction.
5. Track brand promotion data, regularly review the promotion effect, adjust strategies based on data feedback, and continuously optimize the promotion plan.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, advertising, brand management or related fields is preferred. At least 2 years of experience in brand promotion, marketing or business operation is required.
2. Possessing experience in brand promotion projects, having successfully led at least one brand or product promotion case from zero to one or with phased growth, capable of independently formulating strategies and promoting their implementation.
3. Possess strong copywriting and creative planning skills, be capable of accurately capturing brand selling points and user pain points, and produce high-conversion communication content.
4. Familiar with the operation logic of new media platforms, master skills such as content planning, user operation, and activity viral growth, and be capable of enhancing the brand's online presence through operation.
5. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, project management capabilities, and stress resistance, and be able to adapt to a multi-tasking work pace.
